I passionately produce for
event leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, innovators, visionaries,
the dream chasers, the creators, the world builders
Taylor Dalton brings a decade of experience in executive support, event production, and social media strategy to her work as a Producer & Creative.
Since 2015, Taylor has supported C-suite executives, organizations, and entrepreneurs across the country, producing hundreds of events, from high-profile summits and political gatherings to weddings and intimate executive retreats. She has provided administrative support for a wide range of leaders and teams, and has curated digital content that connects, engages, and builds.
Her career began in politics, where she served as a campaign staffer in 2015 for a local race, as Deputy Political Director for Senator Sherrod Brown’s 2018 re-election campaign, and later as Campaign Manager for Issue 7, a Cincinnati transit initiative that built a broad, diverse, and bipartisan coalition, an effort now studied nationwide.
In 2023 and 2024, Taylor had the honor of serving the Biden–Harris White House for official events, as well as joining the Harris Campaign’s Advance Team for the 2024 cycle and the production team for the historic Election Night event at Howard University.
Today, she partners with executives and creative leaders to deliver thoughtful, high-impact experiences—on stage, online, and everywhere in between. Her work blends precision, personality, and purpose, helping clients stay organized, visible, and connected.
A proud graduate of Xavier University (Go Muskies!), Taylor calls both Cincinnati, Ohio and Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. home. She’s a first-born Capricorn Sun (naturally), Leo Rising, and Pisces Moon (not that you asked). She’s a wife to a cold-brew-loving Hill staffer, and mom to Marmalade, an orange tabby, and Maple a goldendoodle. She loves podcasts, long walks, and getting lost in the aisles of HomeGoods.
